Returns
We accept returns only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. Since we only offer cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through a suitable alternative method as communicated via email.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as jewelry, undergarments, or worn apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
